Kris Lemke
Managing Director

Kris has extensive experience in the communications industry. He is passionate about delivering innovative communication solutions along with high quality service to clients. After 13 years working for Telstra and learning the complexities of the Telecommunication Industry, he launched Twin Connect Pty Ltd in January, 2011 alongside his business partner and brother Michael.

Michael Lemke
Director/Electrician

Michael started in the electrical industry more than 18 years ago, and has extensive electrical experience including residential, commercial and industrial, streetscape, data, maintenance and service work. Michael is a fully accredited Level 2 Authorised Service Provider with both Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy. He is also a fully accredited Level 1 Authorised Service Provider and has a sound knowledge in all aspects of Level 1 works. Michael has experience working on a variety of high voltage work, substations and cable relocations.

Anna Lemke
Finance Manager

Anna has a diverse background working in multiple industries with exposure to medium-large scale companies. Anna has been with the business from the start, assisting the Directors in building strong foundations, systems, process and best practices for the business and has been an integral part of the businesses growth. Anna’s main focus over the last 5 years has predominately been in finance. Anna looks forward to continuing to grow with the business and further develop her expertise in finance.

Jen Lemke
Human Resources Advisor

Jen Lemke’s background has been predominantly in the field of Human Resources for the last 12 years. Responsible for the development and implementation of effective human resources frameworks, Jen has a sound understanding of the business and is passionate about growing it further.

Mark McCann
Estimator, Electrical

Mark has over 25’ years’ experience as a Senior Design and Draftsman and Estimator more recently in the Electrical industry. Mark has worked on various projects for the mining industry and power utilities. He has experience with managing projects, design, estimating and leading teams and is a key member of the Electrical team.

Chris Edwards
Project Manager

Chris has a comprehensive knowledge of civils, hauling and fibre optic networks gathered from 14 years working in the power and telecommunications industries. Working his way up to a Project Management role, he offers a complete understanding across all aspects for effective project deliveries. A focus on safety, quality and customer service has led to many successful rollouts for TPG, Vocus, the NBN and other private fibre networks.

Adam Hart
Project Manager

Adam is an experienced Project Manager in the delivery of Communications, Electrical and Solar projects. He has successfully delivered these projects across the Telecommunications, Rail, Road, Mining and heavy industries for over 30 years. He has a strong client focus in the delivery of his projects.  Adam has years of experience managing both internal and subcontractor teams to complete his projects. He has both Electrical and Project Management qualifications.

Natasha Provenzano
Project Officer

Natasha has built a strong reputation with clients, delivering difficult complex fibre optic links within tight timeframes. She is adept at managing multiple stakeholders and customers providing them with the technical advice to assist with their projects. Her growing knowledge of fibre optic networks support the Twin Connect splicing and testing teams in the delivery of projects.

Samantha Heather
Office Manager

Samantha Heather has been a valued member of our Business Operations team for over 3 years. Samantha is hardworking, resourceful and proactive with 15 years diverse experience in Finance and Administration. An excellent communicator with proven ability to maintain positive, professional interpersonal relationships with staff, co-workers and clients. Sam coordinates all Operational Functions within the business including IT, Workplace Health and Safety, Fleet, as well as general office administration.

Steve Grant
Site Supervisor

Steve is a qualified site manager with extensive experience working on various projects including civil, hauling and splice sites. Coupled with several years’ experience working in the electrical industry, Steve excels in both the communications and electrical industries.
